Bee Coin. The digital unit of account for the luxury hotel and logistics ecosystem.

Bee Coin is a digital token used as a unit of account in the real-estate asset (RWA) tokenization ecosystem , enabling the settlement of transactions between Bee ecosystem participants. It combines traditional commercial real estate with blockchain technology, enabling payments and transaction settlement , as well as the operation of loyalty programs run by facility operators.

We are tokenizing the settlement mechanism in the ecosystem . Infrastructure development expands the scope of the unit of account, and supply mechanisms (burn, vesting) serve a technical function, supporting the stability of token circulation.

Bee Token Bee Coin serves as a means of settlement and payment in the Bee ecosystem. It does not represent ownership, shares, or profits, and does not constitute prepayment for specific services .
Details on its usability are described in the documentation.

Settlement Token Framework (Payment/Settlement)

Legal & Compliance

KYC/AML procedures for participation in distribution processes and using system functions

Audit of smart contracts of the settlement system

System funds management (multi-sig / treasury)

User panel and technical documentation of the system

Designed and applied in accordance with the applicable MiCA regulatory framework

Compatibility with popular blockchain wallets (including MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger)

Luxury hotels and logistics facilities operate within complex settlement ecosystems. Blockchain technology now enables transparent and automated settlements between market participants. Bee Coin creates a decentralized and scalable settlement model, supporting the interoperability of properties within the ecosystem.

The technological gap in real estate industry billing systems

The lack of integrated blockchain-based payment and settlement systems in independent hospitality and logistics facilities hinders interoperability and settlement automation.

Traditional settlement models are inflexible and highly centralized. Bee Coin introduces a transferable digital unit of account, enabling the efficient transfer of value between ecosystem participants.

Limitations of current billing models and loyalty programs

High commissions (15–25%) imposed by centralized booking platforms increase properties' operating costs. The Bee Coin-based billing model enables direct settlement, potentially reducing brokerage costs to technical levels (0–3%).

Bee Coin bridges the gap between rigid single-asset tokenization structures and closed-loyalty systems by offering a scalable settlement standard for multi-property ecosystems.

How does Bee Coin work?

A simple model: from token acquisition to settlement in the ecosystem

You acquire the Bee Coin settlement token through its distribution in scheduled stages. The token serves as the unit of account in the Bee ecosystem and can be stored in compatible blockchain wallets. The direct settlement model can reduce intermediary costs compared to centralized reservation platforms.

Facility operators may offer service preferences and amenities for users settling transactions using Bee Coin (e.g., priority service, flexible check-in hours), in accordance with the regulations of individual facilities.

The token's scope as a unit of account can expand as the ecosystem develops and new entities and operators join. This includes, among other things, payments, loyalty settlements, and participation in user governance (without financial rights). The token can also be used to participate in user votes regarding ecosystem functionality and experiences (without financial or equity rights).

Facility operators may offer service preferences and amenities for users settling transactions using Bee Coin (e.g., priority service, flexible check-in hours), in accordance with the regulations of individual facilities.

Tokenomics

Total supply:

30 215 533 214 Bee tokens

11 tranches of token distribution

total number of tokens intended for distribution: 30,215,533,214

Token distribution parameters vary between stages and are specified in the distribution documentation. These parameters do not constitute a promise of token value growth.

Supply liquidity: 28% - 35% in

The availability of tokens in circulation is regulated by technical mechanisms (e.g., vesting), which aim to ensure predictable settlement system operation and mitigate sudden liquidity disruptions. These mechanisms do not constitute a promise of token value growth and are not linked to the issuer's revenues. Mechanizmy te nie stanowią obietnicy wzrostu wartości tokena i nie są powiązane z przychodami emitenta.

SAFETY AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Trust is based on compliance procedures, documentation and operational transparency of the system.

KYC / AML procedures

Identification and anti-money laundering procedures are applied in accordance with applicable regulations, including MiCA regulations, to the extent required for specific transaction thresholds.

Smart contract technology

The settlement system is based on smart contracts, ensuring transaction transparency and automation of settlement processes (ERC-20 standard, Polygon network).

Operational security mechanisms

Smart contracts may incorporate mechanisms to limit technical abuse and excessive system load (e.g., transaction volume limits, time delays). These mechanisms are operational and technical in nature and do not constitute price management tools or guarantee the token's market stability.

FAQ

A settlement token in the RWA ecosystem, used for payments and transaction settlement between real estate market participants.

Bee Coin is being released as part of a planned, phased distribution. The terms and conditions for acquiring the tokens vary depending on the phase and are specified in the distribution documentation. The token serves as the unit of account in the Bee ecosystem.

Bee Coin is not designed as a financial instrument or investment token. It serves as a unit of account (payment/settlement) in the Bee ecosystem and does not imply any promise of profits, dividends, or shares. The token’s classification and use are governed by applicable regulations, including the MiCA regulatory framework.

The Hotel Malta project is being developed by independent entities operating in the real estate and hospitality sectors. On January 13, 2026, a letter of intent was signed between the current owner of the facility – MALTA APARTAMENTY Sp. z o.o. – and NEXUS DEVELOPMENT GROUP Sp. z o.o. regarding the planned sale of the property.

Bee Coin ecosystem functioning model

The Hotel Malta project is being implemented by independent businesses operating in the real estate and hospitality sectors. The Bee Coin token issuer, PartnerLedger OÜ, does not conduct investment or financial activities and does not use token issuance to finance real estate acquisitions.

Bee Coin is a settlement token used as a record keeping unit within the ecosystem and as a tool for participating in loyalty programs organized in collaboration with business partners. The token is not a financial, equity, or investment instrument.

Cooperation mechanism and loyalty packages

As the scale of the ecosystem and the number of tokens in circulation grows, the operating entity cooperating with the facility owner can negotiate more favorable commercial terms, including extended loyalty or discount packages.

One element of the model may involve prepayments (e.g., for reservations or rent) to the property owner. Larger prepayments may result in additional trade discounts or preferential terms of cooperation. These terms are purely commercial in nature and result from individual arrangements between independent business entities.

Rewards Program

If more favorable commercial terms are obtained, the operating entity may allocate part of the generated funds to a rewards program for ecosystem participants.

The budget of the rewards program may be set periodically, and its level may be calculated, among others, in relation to the operational results of cooperating projects (indicatively up to 30% of revenues from the lease of the facility, without creating a claim on the part of token holders).

Rewards can be paid in USDC and are promotional and loyalty-oriented. Their awarding, amount, and frequency depend on the program organizer’s decision and the actual trading conditions agreed upon with partners.

The rewards program is subject to change, suspension or termination.
